2 Wrongs Don't Make a Right

Much street art is considered vandalism, which according to the city is deemed wrong. So then is stealing it wrong? When I would say: "he hit me first," my Mom would say, "well, Jennifer, two wrongs don't make a right." Why did you have to give me morals? On Wythe there is this amazing owl painted with such mind boggling detail on black plexi glued to a wall. I really wanted to steal it, but didn't because I want other passersby to enjoy it.
